Terms and Conditions

Overview

This website is operated by Whisker & Tail. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). EU orders include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time; orders already placed are always honored at the price paid.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where a product was listed with a clear error. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but we will always help you track down your parcel.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy: 30 days from delivery, with free replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or not as described.
